“In youngsters’ group quite spectacular drive was seen, when Jari-Matti Latvala, from Alavus, drove with Toyota Corolla GT. After the first pass, Joni Mäkelä, from Teisko, was 0,01 second ahead of Latvala. But on the second pass Latvala was able to improve his time by 4 seconds. It was enough for the third win in youngsters group, despite Joni Mäkelä improved his time by 2 seconds.
